SAVORY BREAKFAST QUINOA

Description
Quinoa, a seed rich in protein — also makes a savory hot cereal.
Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup MADE•WITH® Organic White Quinoa
- MADE•WITH® Organic Amber Maple Syrup, to Taste
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon + more for topping
- 2 tsp. Butter
- Milk, to Taste
- 1 Banana, Sliced
Instructions
- Place MADE•WITH® Organic Quinoa in water and rinse well.
- Drain quinoa, then stir in 1 cup cold water, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp butter.
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and microwave 3 more minutes.
- Remove from microwave, cover with foil and sit 4 minutes. Fluff quinoa and stir in remaining butter.
- Top with milk, MADE•WITH® Organic Maple Syrup, banana slices and cinnamon. Enjoy!
